As it happens, the first 'formula' (for y) is already in slope-intercept form, slope being the coefficient of y, b being the y-intercept, in this form y = mx+ b. Since m = 3 (positive slope) and b = 2 (y-intercept), the answer is YES.
For the others, SOLVE FOR Y, using algebra skills, e.g. in B divide each term by 2, thus solving for y. In C, you can first subtract 2x from each side, then divide all terms by 3 to produce y = mx + B.
I'll leave you to complete this work.

I advise you to get tutoring, either at school or through WyzAnt in your locale. They will review what you have been taught, and whether you have understood it. You should begin by reviewing the principles and terminology of graphs of straight lines, their slopes, their intercepts, etc. Also the skills of taking a given formula and solving for a different variable need to be buttressed. Good luck.
