7^3x = 65                  add 5 to both sides

ln 7^3x = ln 65           take natural log of both sides

3x ln 7 = ln 65         power law of logarithms

3x (1.94591) ≈ 4.1738

3x ≈ 2.14522

x ≈ 0.7150
