This isn't a statistical question because there is no possibility of uncertainty or variability in the answer. People who are going to vote know for a fact who the two candidates running for president is and the answer will remain the same no matter which voter you ask. In statistical questions, there is going to be difference in answers (data) from which you try to gauge the answer for your question.
