To the nearest percentage, what percentage of the hour was taken up by commercials ?

Each commercial break is 2 minutes: 3(40)=120 seconds=2 minutes

4 commercial breaks means that the commercials total 8 minutes for the hour

To find the percentage: 8/60=0.133333=13.3%
