$3 adults and $5 kids, 150 tickets sold and a total of $560 collected. These can be represented by:
Adults = A and Kids = B => 3A + 5B = 560 and also A + B =150
So set A = 150 - B and substitute in the first equation to get 3*(150 - B) + 5B = 560
450 - 3B + 5B = 560 => 2B = 560 - 450 => 2B = 110 => B = 55, and therefore A = 95.
As such B = 11
So the income from Kids tickets is 5*55 = $275.
