Long natural log question

(2/3)ln n.5 + (4/3)ln m.5 - (1/2)ln n(2/3) - (1/3)ln m + 2ln m(1/6) + (1/3)ln 8 = 1

This needs to come out to a number answer, whether irrational or not. It should be rounded to the thousandths place.

A few concerns with your answer (thank you for replying):

  • in the last part of your refined equation you have
    • - ln 2 when I believe it should be  + ln 2 as it is in the original ( + ln 8(1/3))
  • Secondly, where does the +1 come from? Is it from the canceled terms of m(1/3) and n(1/3)? And if that is the case, should it be +2 due to the fact of there being two instances of canceling?
Thank you again for answering and I look forward to your reply!

You are welcome.
Noticing the two errors you should be able to amend the entire solution.
With your ability in proof reading my solution, why did you not post yours and request comment?
