Both are considered integers. The fact that one is negative and the other positive is a non-issue. What is an issue is that the absolute value of each is 14.

I assumed absolute value is meant because of the selections which are limited to -14 and 14. Greatest Integer Function would probably have a different selection. Furthermore, we are not all working with the same computer keyboard. We also have an issue in that the instructor probably wrote such on the board, then the student copied it, then it was reproduced herein. There is a margin of error we are always working with.

Or do you mean Greatest Integer Function [x] = 14?
Greatest Integer Function would be the answer is 14 only.
Don't mean to confuse the issue. I personally think she probably meant |x| = 14.
