We have a 6-sided cube with sides Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Purple

 

1) P(rolling red or primary color)

probability of rolling red is 1/6

probability of rolling a primary color is 3/6

P = 1/6 + 3/6 = 4/6 = 2/3

 

2) P(rolling orange or primary color)
probability of rolling orange is 1/6
probability of rolling a primary color is 3/6
P = 1/6 + 3/6 = 4/6 = 2/3

 

3) rolling the cube twice, Jason rolls yellow then green.

probability of rolling yellow = 1/6

probability of rolling green = 1/6

P = (1/6)(1/6) = 1/36
