    Divide both sides by - 2              Note that dividing both sides of inequality by a negative number,                                                                    direction of the inequality changes.

                                                        The reason for that because negative numbers with larger magnitude                                                           has  less value, i.e.  -6 < -5

                                                          positive numbers the opposite   6 > 5

 

   h+ 2 > 7

 

    h > 5  

Testing :      -2( 6 +2 )     -14

                        - 16   < -14    checks.
