I NEED HELP IM IN 5TH GRADE CANT UNDERSTAND

When you multiply any decimal by 10, you simply move the decimal point one place to the right

 

So 8.47 X 10= 84.7

 

If you want to multiply by a hundred, you would move the decimal point 2 places to the right
