I am from England, but put in a US zipcode, as it did not recognise UK Postcode.

English pounds, US Dollars, the math would be the same.

Marks, are not German in this context, its a score.

We submitted a tender for some work and received feedback, that we scored 25.14 out of 33.33 for our submission price of £49,704, we are trying to work out what the lowest (winning) price was.

The lowest price received a score of 33.33 and our score of 25.14 is a percentage of this.

Hope this clarifies

OK, I understand better what your data represents.  However, unless you know the scoring system (rubric), you cannot determine the lowest bid--there probably are quite a few factors that enter into the score that a bid receives (e.g. their judgement of your company's ability to meet deadlines, compliance with factors such as diversity of employees, investigation into company record of on-time delivery, etc.).

The best way to determine why you did not win the contract is to ask for an 'exit interview' with the decision makers.  Sometimes losing bidders file appeals (US Dept. of Defense, for example) and thereby either glean facts about their competitors' bids, or even force a new round of bidding!
