Hi Ryan!
This is a one step problem.
You have to isolate the n, (get it all by itself on one side of the equal sign). Then you will have your answer!
In order to do this you have to add 5 to both sides of the equation. By doing this, the -5 and +5 combine to 0
Thne combine -2 and +5 this will give you the answer to the equation.
n-5=-2
+5 +5
n=
