Heyo, I enjoy tutoring anything chemistry related
So the difference of a number and 3 is expressed as
X - 3
and the quotient of 20 and 5 is expressed as
20 ÷ 5 which is 4
so if x-3 is equal to 4, then the number should be 7
X - 3 = 20÷5
X - 3 = 4
X= 4+3
X= 7
