(incidentally, i got my license before i buy my own car ) . dose the structure look good in this sentence ? or how i can use the word (incidentally) in a sentence

You should use "bought" instead of "buy" ("to buy" is an irregular verb where the past tense looks like "bought"). English is weird. Basically, "got" is a past tense conjugation of "to get". If you purchased the car before you "got" your license, the purchasing verb needs to be in the past tense as well. "Buy" is a present tense conjugation of "to buy", so we use "bought" instead.
Your use of "incidentally" is perfect, though.
