Hi Lex,
Supplementary angles add up to 180 degrees and complementary angles add up to 90 degrees.
Let X = the angle
The supplement of the angle is 180 - X and the complement of the angle is 90 - X.
So, 180 - X = 10 + 2(90 - X)
180 - X = 10 + 180 - 2X
X = 10
You can figure out its complement and supplement.
