How do I solve this?  I never learned how to solve limits with trig functions

To supplement Heather's answer, the "right conditions" to use L'Hopital's rule are when "substituting in to the limit" yields 0/0 or infinity/infinity.

Lim x→0 sin (3x²)/x  

= Lim x→0 [sin (3x²)/3x² * 3x]

= 1* 0

= 0
