what 3 digit number can be divided by 3 have the order of the digits in the resulting number reversed and have 1 subtracted from the reversed number and yet end up being unchanged

I wrote a computer program to search for the three-digit number with this property. Past noting that the number has to be divisible by 3, and should probably be greater than or equal to 300 (so that we get a three-digit number when we divide it by 3), I'm not sure what a problem like this would illustrate from an educational perspective.
