If the length of the floor is 9m and each board is 1.5m long then you need 9/1.5 or 6 board lengths to cover the length of the floor.
Similarly, if the width of the floor is 4.5 and the boards are 0.1 wide, then you need 4.5/0.1 or 45 board widths to cover the width of the floor.
45 x 6 = 270 boards
Alternatively,
