We need to write an equation on how many more passengers can board the plane... Given the plane is not flying full capacity .

Let the number of seats in the plane be X and the number of passengers on board be Y , where Y is definitely less than or equal to X. ie. Y<=X
Let additional passengers that get on are A. So A + Y <= X
