We can choose a multiple of either the term with X or Y to eliminate one or the other.
10/X - 5/Y = -48
 5/X + 15/Y = 151    (Multiply by 2 and subtract from 1st equation eliminates X)
10/X -   5/Y  = -48
10/X + 30/Y = 302
------------------------
        - 35/Y = -350     (Solve for Y)
Y = 1/10
Substitute in either eqn, I'll subst in 1st eqn.
10/X - 5/(1/10) = -48
10/X - 50 = -48
10/X = 2   (solve for X)
