Find the slope of a line perpendicular to each given line ?

y=3 over 2 x-4

The easiest way to think of finding a perpendicular slope
for a line is to just..
Turn the original slope over and change the sign.
 
Example:
m = -2/3   m = 3/2
 
m = 2   m = -1/2
