This problem will give us a system of equations.
one equation involving number of bills and another equation involving the value of the bills.
let f = number of five dollar bills
let t = number of ten dollar bills
The equation for humber of bills would be       f + t = 25
The equation for value of bills would be     5f + 10t = 200
there are many ways to solve this system.  One method might be to multiply the entire first equation by -5 and then all the 2 equations together.
    -5( f + t) = -5(25)     →    -5f - 5t = -125
copy 2nd equation     →         5f + 10t = 200
add the 2 equations  →                  5t = 75
divide both sides by 5   →                t = 15     this means there are 15 ten dollar bills
if the total number of bills is 25 and we subtract the 15 ten dollar bills that will tell us that there are 10 five dollar bills.
CHECK
15 ten dollar bills have a value of 150
10 five dollar bills have a value of  50
this gives a total amount of money of 200 which is the stated amount.  √
