Math problem

A man driving at 65km/hr leaves his house at 2:pm to visit a friend who lives 210 km. away, at the same time, the friend who will attend a meeting in the town before the first man came leaves house with a speed of 55km/hr. At what time will they meet assuming they are driving along the same highway.

This problem is poorly constructed. You are using present tense (leaves), future tense (will attend, will meet), and past tense (came).
Also, more info is required to solve this problem. You state that the friend leaves home to attend a meeting. How can it be determined when they will meet? As you should be able to see, there are too many unknown variables here. Please rewrite.
