Force = mass x acceleration
The units of a Newton are kg m / s2
So, if the force is 450n, and the mass of the object is 9kg, then:
450n = 450 kg m /s2 = 9 kg x acceleration
Then acceleration = (450 kg m /s2) / (9kg) = 50 m/s2
