So 1 cup = 16 tablespoons

(6 cups)(16 tbsp/cup) = 96 tbsp

 

(96 tbsp)(1/4 oz/tbsp) = 96/4 = 24 oz

 

There are 16 oz/lb  so  (24 oz)/(16 oz/lb.) = 1.5 pounds of cocoa powder
