Use this formula
Q1 = Q2
A1v1 = A2v2
where:
Q = flow rate
A = cross-sectional area
v = velocity
You will also need to use the Bernoulli equation to find the velocities at each section.
(P1 / γ) + (v12 / 2g) + z1 = (P2 / γ) + (v22 / 2g) + z2
where:
P = pressure
ϒ = 9.81 kN/m3
g = 9.81 m/s2
z1 = z2
