let the ages be Afor amy,J for josh,S for sam
now given conditions are J<16, S>4, A= J-5 and A=2S
So if we take different cases..
Let S is 5 ,then A is 10 and J is 15 all conditions satisfied
if we take S is 6 then A is 12 ,J becomes 1 7 so J<16 not satisfied
you can see that for any other case ,it wont be possible
so S has to be 5 .
