Hello! I need help making a thesis sentence.

Okay so for my mini essay I need help making a thesis. My essay is about what my ideal school is. (If you had your own school what would it be like). Basically, my school would be performing arts based and expressing creatively while having a good portion of core classes and having good knowledge at the same time. I just don't know what my thesis would be in just one senteNe. Someone already took. "My ideal school is different from the school i am now because it would be able to have to the students express themselves creatively."

A thesis statement is one that you want to prove in your essay using facts, research, and any personal experiences.  It is the main purpose of your essay.  Try this thesis:

 

"Performing arts has some historical background that can help students appreciate the customs and culture of different people around the world."

 

Customs and culture are things you learn in history class.  Having performing arts can increase a students interest in boring core classes such as history.
