I would plot each point and connect them in a way you get a closed shape. All adjacent sides must form 90 degree angles. Every two consecutive points must have the same slope in order to be parallel. You should have two pairs of parallel sides, so there should be two equal slopes. Also, the distances between the points used to find the slopes must be equal to each other.
