Define x to be the number of televisions she sells in a week.

The amount she makes in a week is then $180 (her base salary) + $30x (the amount per television times the number of televisions sold).  We want this to be equal to or greater than $450.

Hence, our inequality is

180 + 30x >= 450

30x >= 270

x >= 9

 

She must sell at least 9 televisions to make at least $450 in a week.
