The equation of the circle is (x - h)² + (y - k)² = r²  (h,k) center point and r is radius.

 

But before that, you must figure out the distance for radius of this circle:

 

 

(x - x₀)² + (y - y₀)² = r²

(2 - 3)² + (6 - 4)²  = r²

(-1)² + (2)² = 1 + 4 = 5

 

5 = r²

 

Let's go back to the equation of the circle: (x - h)² + (y - k)² = r² (h,k) center point (3,4)

 

So you will have this equation for your circle:

(x - 3)² + (y - 4)² = 5
