Please re-phrase, what are the (2)s above the numbers for.  Is the first (1) supposed to be a part of the equation or the absolute value symbol (1-4) or [-4 + 19] ?  I only counted 3 absolute value symbols.  You need two for each number(s)/equation(s).

The 2 on top is like an exponent so is part of the equation ,is just like raise to power
