To get t by itself, you multiply both sides by -7:

t / -7 = -15

-7 * (t / -7) = -7 * -15

t = 105

Simply multiply both sides of equation by -7 ( cross multiplication).

    t / -7 = -15

    t = ( -7) ( -15) = 105
