Lets work with the square-root part.  Then we will multiply the result by 2p.

 

√((4.5 × 10^-2 kg) / (2 × 10³ kg) / s³)

 

 

Multiplying by 10^-n is the same as multiply by (1 / 10ⁿ).  Using this concept.

 

√((0.045 kg) / (2000 kg) / s³) =

 

√(0.0000225 kg/kg/s³)

 

 

Now multiply this result by 2p.
