I have absolutely no idea how to approach this question. I have tried to draw a picture but I can not come with an answer at all. I really would appreciate anything you can help. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!

Draw a chord of length 4.  Imagine putting you pencil on its midpoint and sliding the chord around the circle.  Your pencil will draw a circle.

 

The answer is E
