The general form that you’re after on this type of question is y = mx + b, where “m” is the slope and “b” is the y-intercept.
For these two points those values would be
m = (y2 – y1) / (x2 – x1) = (3 – -4) / (-3 - -3) = 7/0
what that means is that the slope is undefined because it’s just a vertical line at x = -3
