This is an interesting question because there are only a few numbers given for us to determine the missing blank.

 

It could be that the numerators are the odd numbers 1, 3, and 5 and that the denominators are the even numbers 2, 4, and 6.

 

It could be (but not likely) that the third fraction is the sum of the first two --  so,  4.  There are other possibilities, but I go with 6.
