Hi Jason,
If you plot the height of the plant against the number of days it has been growing, you should get a relatively linear plot. Adding a trendline will give you a line with the equation y = 0.1838x - 1.6019 where x is the number of days the plant has been growing and y is the height. If you then plug in 35days for x and solve for y, you should get 4.83inches.
