A plant's height was measured to be 1 in after having been planted for 2 weeks. It was then measured in 3 day intervals: 1.5 in, 2.1 in, 2.6 in, 3.1 in, 3.8 in. Estimate the plant height 5 weeks after planting. (in inches)

I keep getting values either too small or too large. I would like to know how to get the answer(it is 4.83*10), and to know if there is a specific formula for this.

Thank you so much. I was trying to do this off of formulas alone, didn't think of trying to graph. I am happy with the answer.
