We want to divide 6 cups into some number of 2/3-cup servings. Call that number of servings x. So:

 

6 ÷ (2/3) = x

 

Switch to multiplication by the fraction's reciprocal:

 

6 × (3/2) = x

(6/1) × (3/2) = x

(6×3) / (1×2) = x

18/2 = x

9 = x

 

There are x = 9 servings of that size in the package.
