It's fairly simple, since a pence (if I recall correctly) is just 1/100th of a pound). Each percent is just each amount divided by the total. But since you want everything in the same units, use 175p for the total instead of 1.75 lb. So for example,
% retailers = 100% x 44/175 = 25.1%.
