Hi Haylee, it's 12.16%. Here is how:
7400 - 6500 = 12.16%

You can see that 7400 is the original value and 6500 is current value. The difference of two prices is the lost value from the original value. To find out the percentage for lost value, you must put lost (difference or how much it has changed) value (7400-6500 = 900) on top and divide by original (total) value to see the percent of decrease.
To check it, multiply (12.16%) and 7400 to get 900.
