Hey Alif!
Always begin with simple ideas -- at 4:00 the angle is 120 deg (20 of 60 "notches").
For 50 deg, how many notches needed? At 6 deg / notch, need about 8 notches ...
Probably 4:13 is the 1st ... visualize the next 8-notch spread ... 4:31?
That's it -- angle only widens from there to 5pm ...
For the other "o'clock's", shift everything 5 "notches" ...
5:18, 5:36 ... 6:23, 6:41 ... 7:28, 7:46 ... 8:33, 8:51 ... Best wishes, sir :)
