Well there are many things that Ivy league universities search for in a candidate. Test scores and grades are only one piece are are often used to whittle down the thousands of applicants. As you are applying from overseas they will also require a test of English proficiency and different programs at the universities may have stricter requirements that others so it is important to examine that thoroughly to make sure you meet minimum requirements.
You will need strong letters of recommendation from people familiar with your academic work and if applicable professional work. You will need to compose at least one, if not two essays. These will each need to be specific to the university and program you are applying to.
You will need a strong resume. You can highlight the various languages you speak, your relevant work experience, any awards or achievements you have received for academic or extra-curricular activities and highlight any leadership roles you have had. They will want to consider you as a whole person so you must present yourself as one.
