We need the smallest possible for x while getting the largest possible for y.
The smallest possibility for x is 1 + 2 + 3, which equals 6.
The largest possibility for y is 19 + 18 + 17, which equals 54
When we have x/y, we get 6/54, which reduces down to 1/9.
