W34 = 3*6 + 4 = 22 in base 10

W5 = 5 in base 10 

 

So in base 10 the woman spent 5*22 + 3*5 = 110 + 15 = 125 

 

If you want the amount in base 6 then note that 

125 = 3*36 + 2*6 + 5 = W321 in base 6
