With slope-intercept form, we are given our y-intercept as 20, so we have a point already.
.15 is the same as 15/100. When we simplify that (by factoring out a 5), we get 3/20, which would act as our rise over run (the graph rises 3 units, and moves to the right 20 units doing so).
As you can see, this is a rather slow growing graph. My suggestion is that instead of measuring your x graph line by 1s, that you instead mark your units as 5s:
that is, instead of 1 2 3 4 5 6..... you go 5 10 15 20 25 30....
