There are 4 major content areas on the GRE Quantitative section:
(1) Arithmetic, meaning topics like estimation, exponents, ratios, sequences
(2) Algebra, topics like factoring, simplifying expressions, and solving linear equations
(3) Geometry, meaning area, perimeter, lines and angles
(4) Data Analysis, meaning topics like tables graphs and statistics concepts like mean, median, range, and standard deviation
