For each triangle, A = 1/2 * b * h = 1/2 * 3cm * 5cm = 7.5 sq cm

Multiply this area by 4 to get the area of the whole kite:

area of the kite = 4 * 7.5 sq cm = 30 sq cm

So the area of the whole kite is 30sq cm
