I have to get the V,B,b,and h (Volume, areas of base, regular base, and height) I only have the sides a,b and c along with the length,

If you could provide more information relative to the sides that you are given? For example if a, b and c are the sides of your “regular base” and by that you are referring to a triangle because you have a triangular prism; then possibly you can use Heron’s to get the area of the Triangular base with sides a, b and c.
What do you mean by along with the length? Is what you refer to as length not part of the Triangular base of your Triangular Prism? Does the length represent the distance between the bases in your Triangular Prism?
Finally, is there a link or diagram that you could upload so that we could see what you are referring to, that would help us to help you?
