Honestly, if you asked 10 different people, you’d likely get 10 different answers—some would say it’s the employees, others might argue it’s the customers, brand reputation, or even cash flow. And honestly, none of those answers would be wrong because, in a way, this is a subjective question.
For me, though, I’d say the greatest asset of any company is its people. You can have the best product, cutting-edge tech, or a massive budget, but if you don’t have the right people driving things forward, none of that really matters. I’ve seen well-funded companies struggle because they didn’t invest in their team, while smaller businesses thrive just because they had passionate, talented people who actually cared. It all comes down to how well a company attracts, supports, and retains the right people.
